Our fearless leader Chad took his gang out to explore a new playground. He scopes out the big field and makes a path for us to follow. We rode through old silt fences.
Looking back
Chad shows off his new grassy accessories on his front wheel.
We found some hills and made our own little motorcross exercise area where we practiced going up and down. My turn in class number one.

It’s like Where’s Waldo? Can you spot the XT hiding in the grass?
I’m pulling a Captain Morgan on my bike. Victory at last!
Talk about redneck engineering for a kickstand coaster.
This was obviously not meant for us.
Chad sets off on foot to see what’s ahead.
He discovers the creek is a tee tiny bit bigger than it appeared on the maps. Maybe next time, the advanced riders can take a swing at this.
Shane says, “Pimpin’ ain’t easy!”
All in all, it was a great day of exploration! I had one tip over in a rut and another back in my own neighborhood from fatigue. I managed a very tiny creek crossing and a few muddy spots but overall, the path was fairly dry despite the rain. Thanks Chad for finding us a new playground! I will close this blog with a self portrait.
