Thanks to guest Japanese tourist, Fran, for taking so many awesome shots!  There were hundreds more and I pulled a few for the blog.  As time (and server space) permits, I may add a slideshow of the rest of the shots later.

Appearing first is the birthday girl (AKA Super G) Rebecca

Next is the career novice rider and blog author.  Here’s our group 5 in Novice like ducks in a row.

Introducing our new friend, Caleb, who rode Novice with us the first day and Intermediate the second.

IMG_8352

Here are the big boys playing chase in intermediate.

We’ve got Nick without a red helmet and master chef.

Perry on his CBR and carrying his wife, Fran in the last session.

Jason is switching up the leathers in black.

IMG_8228 IMG_8307

Perry comes over the day before to get the trailer ready and haul the SV away.

It’s time to load the last bike in backwards.

Perry AKA the joker enjoys his ketchup.

I’m unpacking a chair.

IMG_8088

We get out the bikes and put up the canopies.

IMG_8089 IMG_8090

Everyone starts taking the bikes to tech.

IMG_8093 IMG_8094 IMG_8096

Rebecca asks Perry to tech her bike and I get Jason to tech mine.

Here’s a montage of Rebecca going fast with her bike on the kickstand.  She shows off her platform boots.

IMG_8102 IMG_8103

The track gals!

Everyone is busy prepping their bikes.

IMG_8107 IMG_8108 IMG_8110 IMG_8111

Rebecca throws down a banana peel to prove that Mythbusters says this isn’t dangerous.

We head off to the riders meeting.

Rebecca and I have to go to class.

More bike prep and tire warmers are brought out for this 100 degree day.

IMG_8115 IMG_8117 IMG_8119

It’s our turn to get ready.

IMG_8321

The boys take off to watch us ride.  Jason is quite the model.

IMG_8327 IMG_8338 IMG_8341

Nick cooks us a very tasty lunch!

It’s time to lounge.

The Asian gals have a GREAT time riding the 50.  I fell off the back three times and grabbed some inappropriate places too.

IMG_8386

Here’s our teacher Ken on his new GSXR.

We have a class on body positioning and clearly, I missed the blue shirt memo.  Our classroom was a great place to watch the last turn.

Fran tries on my jacket and I show off my peanut butter and jelly bagel.  Rebecca strikes a sexy pose on her sexy bike.

I take a spin on the three wheeler.

Everybody is getting hot as we hang out in the heat.

IMG_8391 IMG_8392

Here’s Fran with the camera and trying to sell the three wheeler.

Jason mounts up Jesse’s Hero cam.

The intermediate boys grid up and get ready to roll.

IMG_8399 IMG_8402

Here’s the pits at Road Atlanta.

IMG_8442 IMG_8443

Nick gets some praise from his control rider.  Perry shows off his straw hat.

IMG_8460

Jason has a little issue – a broken chain!  Here he gets to roll in style on the crash truck.

IMG_8463 IMG_8466 IMG_8467 IMG_8473 IMG_8477

Everyone is posing around the glorious SV!

IMG_8462 IMG_8488

Rebecca and Jason snuggle.

IMG_8490 IMG_8491 IMG_8492

Then a catfight happens.

Perry and Fran get ready for their  2up ride on the track.

A girl tossed her bike down the track.  They made an announcement for her to come back and pick up stray pieces that others had found.

I put on my working gloves.

We go to visit Kendrick of Dviant Image and our control riders, Ken and Otis.

Perry hooked us up with a great hotel that had super cute photos all over.

Meet the crew once more cleaned up after a hot sweaty day at the track.  Caleb was surprised at our dinner conversations including motorcycle maintenance and flapping pterodactyl arms.

Rebecca was not very happy with her service at TGI Fridays during her birthday celebration.   However, she’s rocking those Heidi Klum bangs.

In case you’re interested, this three wheeler is for sale.  I’m not sure what we’re doing here except melting in the heat with our hands on our hips.

Again, it was another awesome track day and fun times with the crew!  Towards the end of the day, I could finally get my left and right knee down through the corners. It just goes to show you that dragging knee does NOT mean you’re fast.
