Bye bye pink cast

The time has come for the pink cast to go away.

The nurse brings in the SAW.

Here is the nurse cutting off my short leg cast.

Snip snip.

Voila!  My leg reappears but now it’s smaller.

Hasta la pasta!

The bone is still not healed but the halo is glowing around the break.

Here comes the boot.

The nurse shows me how to do the straps.

Finally!  I can take normal showers and start walking again.

The doctor makes a brief but important appearance.
