It is sold as a party but when everyone shows up, they are all assigned jobs! Jason is on electric hedge trimmer duty and sets off to tame the crazy holly bush.

Leonard goes crazy with the pressure washer and makes a rectangle of clean on the patio. It’s a slow and tedious process but it shows exactly how dirty the patio is.
The electrical tool bag makes an appearance. Leonard’s favorite thing to do is make play lists so Chad has to get the receiver and outdoor speakers ready to roll.
At the end of our Yarding Party (yes it is a party), everyone is tired, sweaty, and covered in bug bites. Leonard describes his leg as a battleground where the bugs have overtaken his skin. The yard is in much better shape and not a day too soon. We are definitely turning into the party house this summer!
