During the calm before the storm, we play a game of musical cars to make the house as redneck as possible by parking the Lexus in the front yard.

The new building is almost gone as it drives away down the street.

Fortunately, he turns back around.

Mark stands guard as the empty spot awaits the building.

Mark is assigned the director position.

Jason surveys the tree situation.

It’s decided that the branch must go so Mark gets promoted to arborist.  His cutting tool is a small sawzall with a dying battery.

He gets in position and gets to work.

We see the branch start to lean more and more until it breaks.

Next is getting the branch completely free.

Then dragging it away

Fortunately the neighbor Charlie comes over with a chainsaw (too bad he wasn’t here with that before!) to cut the branch into smaller pieces to be picked up.

Now the building has a clear place to go.

It’s amazing how they have the driver has this down to a science.

He sets it on some cinder blocks to keep it off the ground.

Then he sets it back into place and slowly gets the building off the truck.

The final step is to level the building.  The driver brings out the jack and level.

He makes a small adjustment.

Then he checks it is level in both directions.

Finally he adds some concrete footers to even it out and off the ground.

We check out the inside.

Then we thank our driver for a job well done.  He tells us a few yard building horror stories.  Talk about no two jobs ever being the same.

Bam!  The new building is in place.

When you don’t have a garage, have the Leonard building folks bring one to you!  These prefab buildings are sturdy, large, and you can’t beat the ease of delivery and set up.
